I joined Akira I'm 2020 December and back then I was unsure about my career path , but after joining Akira I got a liking towards Analytics and projects and clients in Akira gave me an opportunity to prove myself in this field . During the course of the next 2 years I got a strong technical hold of different tools and technologies and got certified . This mainly happened because of the support from management and when I look back on my career journey after 10-15 years , I can proudly say Akira was the place which changed me and shaped my career.

I made a switch from BI Analytics to Data Engineering when I joined Akira back in 2021 due to my long time enthusiasm for getting some exposure in the respective field. During my initial rounds of interview I had expressed my desire to work as Senior Data Engineer / Lead role so that I could spearhead a project on my own design and architecture. I was immediately deployed to my desired position within a week of onboarding which itself is the standing proof of efficiency and proactiveness of the management.In the coming months I was impressed by the open culture and the stress given to the importance of learning. It was a wonderful experience learning from my seniors and then passing it down to the new interns who had the same zeal for growth. Kudos to the HR for making my transition extremely smooth and a big shoutout to my colleagues who went on to become my closest friends as well!

As a data science enthusiast, I joined Akira in 2021, hoping to get hands-on experience in the field and work on impactful projects. I got more than what I came for and has since defined my career path. The management also has a knack for understanding your interests and aligning them with projects and clients while also providing a lot of guidance and learning tracks.A special mention for the wonderful colleagues I met here who have since become friends for life. Easily one of the best companies to work for in Bangalore.

From the time of my Internship with AKIRA, I was given an opportunity to work on multiple POCs and projects which helped me bring direct actionable insights to the client and help me pickup new skills and technologies constantly and add it to my arsenal of tools. These learning experiences as well as the experiences with every person at AKIRA has helped me in a myriad of ways to grow immensely as a professional and as a person.
